BLUNDERS OF THE LAST MUGHAL JAWAHARLAL NEHRU HAVE BEEN COMPREHENSIVE BY 360 DEGREES

Founder of the royal dynasty of Congress, abject imitation of the British Royalty, swore by secularism, equality, equity and all that bla bla without batting even his eyelids but practised the exact opposite of what he preached. He seeded and nourished a sense of insecurity among Muslims, Dalits while projecting himself as their only savior and benefactor on the Planet Earth. Few years before his fateful demise, his sycophants launched the issue of ‘After Nehru who ?’ in public domain to perk up his popularity and inevitability for the very existence of this nation. And he offered no effective recourse to their hardships of poverty, untouchability and illiteracy. Mass impression was liberally created that the Government led by him had been working 24x7x365 hours to ameliorate their lot albeit hardly with any concrete outcome. In last two years of his life, even the Mecca born Maulana Azad told journalist Durga Das unequivocally that Nehrus policies had weakened the administration, his economic doctrines failed to improve economic condition of all, more so of Muslims. By the way, Muslims worry about Muslims only.

The last Mughal enjoys a dubious distinction of committing highest number of blunders of every conceivable variety in his unfortunate tenure of 17 long years. He does have a few achievements too to his credit albeit shallow and superficial as full potential he never allowed to be attained. His blunders had been extensive and comprehensive as he didn’t leave any discipline of governance bereft of his lack of vision. Whether internal or external security, foreign relations, economy, education, culture, technology, social engineering or any other discipline under the sun, the last Mughal maintained an enviable record of sorts in lack of governance. Though he could not qualify for Nobel Peace Prize till his last breath but he certainly deserved Ignoble Prize lavishly which to his utter misfortune, didn’t exist.

When he departed in 1964, huge basket of his legacies bequeathed by him, burdened the nation grievously.

In politics, it was dynastic and autocratic.

In economics, it was communism in velvet gloves of socialism. In industry, it was licence-permit raj for private sector while inefficiency, corruption, accumulated losses and complete absence of R&D in public sector undertakings.

In agriculture, it was PL-480 culture infested with poisonous weeds and famines.

In health, it was diseases and epidemic galore all around.

In geography, borders were disowned at nobodys mercy.

In administrative governance, it was Babucracy riddled with corruption, sedition and leakages of all varieties.

History of the nation was allowed to be brutally raped by ‘Eminent historians’ of communist ideology.

In education, illiteracy to the extent of 70% was completely ignored while elite institutions were raised to produce ‘degree-holding coolies’ who chased US Green Card and dollars instead of solving nations problems.

In culture, sense of nationalism was squeezed out and slavish mindset nurtured.

However his sycophants always chanted his glories and they still chant that he was a visionary endowed with good intentions little aware of the axiom that road to hell is always paved with good intentions.  We require emancipation from entire legacy of Nehruvian fetters represented by poverty, insecurity, indignity, injustice, squalor all around, diseases, corruption, nepotism, illiteracy, very poor quality of life etc. on account of which crores of people suffered deeply. Sitaram Goel observed on ‘Nehruism, “Today, I view Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru as a bloated Brown Sahib, and Nehruism as the combined embodiment of all the imperialist ideologies, Islam, Christianity, White Man’s Burden, and Communism that have flooded this country in the wake of foreign invasions. And I do not have the least doubt in my mind that if India is to live, Nehruism must die… What I plead is that a conscious rejection of Nehruism in all its forms will hasten its demise, and save us from the mischief which it is bound to create further if it is allowed to linger.” The process of dissolution of Nehruism has already been in motion and it has been hastened by the BJP regime led by Prime Minister Modi post-2014.
